It was love at first sight. At first glance our foyer was open, airy, and had a gorgeous curved staircase. Yellow Front Door
One day I was bored and home with a sick child so I decided to paint the exterior doors the same color as the chicken coop — Egg Yolk yellow! I started on the back door in case it went terribly wrong. A yellow front door and side door would follow. The doors were a brick red and I knew it would take several coats to cover it up. Frist step is taping. I didn’t take the hardware off but I wish I had. I think it would have come out better but taping is okay. Next step is primer.
